The buyers at this location need to be retrained. I’ve brought clothes numerous times and the girls just chat up during my buy without thoroughly looking at the items. My time is just as valuable as everyone else’s and the lack of care when bringing things in is alarming as this is a buy sell trade store. When the buyer does like an item they tag it to place on hold for themselves and mark down the item at a really low price so they can get it for cheaper. I’ve caught them pricing items under $15 with tape and “HOLD (initial)”. When I’ve taken my item out of the buy the buyer has personally offered me money under the table if they really want it. It seems they treat this business as a personal shopping day. Unfair way to treat someone who has come out of their way to bring supply to their store. I’ve taken the same exact items to the other locations and they say “you brought really good stuff”. BOOO 🍅🍅🍅

Never cared for this store because it’s just overprice used clothes and dirty shoes and employees with bad attitudes but they have some cute gift items up front. The last time I went was a horrible experience. My partner purchased the wrong item so we quickly realized our mistake and made an exchange (we hadn’t left the store). The difference was $6 that they owed back to us and they said they could only give us store credit. We payed cash btw. It became a whole thing and had to involve the manager just to get our $6 dollars back. The whole time the employees were very rude and had pissy attitudes.

Came in for an appointment to sell and they rejected all of my items which is fine. What was not fine was the snobby attitude and the vague, absent tone replies I got when I had some questions. I came in to sell the same pair of shoes a few weeks prior and was offered $28. Today they rejected them. That’s why I had questions. My husband and I both felt they were discriminating for unstated reasons. When we walked out my husband asked me “were they this snobby when we came in a few weeks ago?” They weren’t. I was helped by Issac and another female with piercings.

Loved DeeLuxe Vintage store! There is a lot to browse through, and it's all very organized. I also sold some clothing to them. Their process for buying clothing was painless from start to finish- very organized, and they offer very fair pricing.

This is a first stop when I go thrifting. Everything is so vintage and cute! And I feel like a lot of thrift stores are smaller than this place, the selection they have is one of my favorite aspects. I also love how nice the staff is, everyone who works there seems to be friends. I just bought the cutest jacket from this place, in 100 degree weather! 😅 But it was too cute to pass up.
