Chris, Manager Justin and Drew outstanding customer comes first individuals. I had such a remarkable experience at this location at 407 Broad Street. I was a returning customer....This a first class location for tires and other services. They make you feel like family and want to make sure you are happy with everything they did for you. Buying tires was a pleasure! Drew explained every detail why I needed a new tire ....nail puncture was not in a fixable location. I give this location 💯 stars. Delta Tire on Broad was great! Chris and his team went above and beyond to take care of my new Tundra. I was having issues with the tire balance on my new tires that another local shop installed and could not get right. Chris knocked it out the first time and the ride is perfect. Very professional. I’ll definitely be back.

Chris H, Chris D, and Drew have gained a customer for life. I located an egg in my tire and unfortunately had not purchased the tire protection plan, Chris H worked with me and explicitly told me “you’re not leaving my store until you’re happy.” I immediately knew they were not attempting to take advantage of me but instead actually cared about my experience and their services being offered. This is a highly recommend for lifetime service. Prior to leaving I told Drew that they don’t make bosses like Chris H much anymore and to keep him around and learn from him as much as he could. He’s great for the brand.
