I had a great experience with this attorney‘s office while they helped us with a ticket my daughter received. Tyler Ellenberg was our attorney and he was extremely easy to work with and made the entire process smooth. All staff that I spoke with were very informative and took time to explain everything in detail which I really appreciated. Tyler made me feel comfortable and confident having him represent us. I would highly recommend this office and their services.

I was referred to C. Tyler Ellenberg at Dement Askew and Marshall, LLP after I had a very unfortunate incident while driving in the Raleigh area. I am not a local was was in NC for work, and am very fortunate to have a local refer me to Tyler from their past excellent experience. From the moment I reached out via email, I was communicated with very efficiently and professionally on all details of my case. I was able to not have to travel back in state for multiple court appearances. The fee was incredibly fair and reasonable for all the services and counsel I received, and both Tyler and Kristy, and the rest of the staff were great to work with. Tyler’s ability to manage this case and the people involved, which resulted in a full dismissal of the charge, was incredible. And it was done very quickly compared to other incidents that I have heard of.
