I appreciate their shuttle service and courtesy calls. I drop off my car in the morning and pick it up by 3 each time. The employees are always friendly, respectful and informative. I always feel better about the state of my car after every visit. Dennis and Trevor are amazing.

I absolutely can not express how extremely blessed I feel to have found Dennis and his awesome crew of hard working dedicated individuals. Not only did they take care of the issue I had with my car but they went above and beyond in every area of customer service you could imagine! This repair took almost 2 months! But not by their fault. When they were able to get started after the warranty company delivered on their promises their work only took a few days! So I have a lot of experience with this company! From the very first moment when I called and spoke with Kimber in the front office I knew I was in great hands. I called Lithia Subaru first and the woman who answered was so rude and indifferent I decided to try calling another business and I am so glad I did! Dennis himself is so dedicated, honest, and hard working! An absolute jewel of a man! He was with me every step of the way! Great communication! Extremely knowledgeable and you know he has a wealth of experience! When you find someone that is honest, trustworthy, knowledgeable, and will just plain tell you your options you have to value that. I will never go anywhere else the rest of my life! I felt so taken care of. Had a very pleasant experience for my first visit. My Prius dashboard showed some "hybrid system" issue which had me pretty worried that my hybrid battery died. Turns out they found it had become unplugged somehow. So weird. Anyway, they just charged me the diagnostic fee I had already agreed to and nothing extra. Didn't try to upsell me on anything either.

Great place to take any of your make and model vehicles. Every time I’ve took my vehicle there I feel like I got a honest service. Fair prices, no BS, no hassle. They care about their customers and have integrity which is hard to find in people these days. They gave me a honest recommendation for a 2014 ford fusion with coolant intrusion in the cylinder. Didn’t try to sell me something I didn’t need. My 2017 mustang that gave it a full transmission service and a multi point inspection with the most crucial things being listed in importance order. Five stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
