If I could give more than 5 stars to Renew Auto Body & Paint (Fresno, CA) I would do so in a heartbeat. Abraham and his team are a prime example of a trustworthy body shop. If you’re looking for a professional reputable shop, Renew Auto Body & Paint is the place to go. You can trust that the job will be done right. Their communication was on par, they kept us informed of every step that they were planning to make and having us come out to see the vehicle so they can explain the repairs in person so we can understand all of the work being done. They also went above and beyond with the repairs! My car looks brand new due to their excellent work and attention to detail. I don’t usually recommend people or businesses, because it is incredibly difficult to find businesses that you can vouch for but I will vouch for Renew Auto Body & Paint and Abraham’s team.
Man ohh MAN. I was in a accident my truck got completely recked in the front end of my vehicle The thing i thought to my self there is no way this truck will ever be the same. But boy was I wrong!!! . I had my truck repaired at “Renew Auto Body & paint” Let me just say Abraham and James took very good care of my truck and keeped me updated on how repairs where going and man when I came to pick up my truck I felt I was picking it up straight from the dealer LOT !!! These guys are awesome great work and great customer service. Definitely will be recommending my family members here !!!
Truly Grateful for the Team at Renew Auto Repair & Paint I picked up my car today, and I honestly can’t thank the Renew Auto team enough — especially Abraham and James. From the very beginning, they went far above and beyond what I ever expected. Abraham was incredibly kind and patient. He kept me updated through every step of the process and even went out of his way to help get me home when I first dropped off my car. That level of care and thoughtfulness really stood out to me. James was just as amazing — today he came to pick me up from my house so I could get my car, and he took the time to explain everything about my brakes clearly and carefully. He made sure I fully understood and felt confident before driving off. After weeks of waiting and dealing with insurance delays, getting my car back in such great shape — clean, detailed, and running perfectly — honestly meant the world to me. The entire Renew Auto team treated me with honesty, respect, and genuine care the whole way through. It’s rare to find a shop that not only does excellent work but truly cares about their customers. I had such a great experience here. I needed to have my son's Chevy Equinox repaired due to an accident he had. His car had front-end damage. I called ahead of time & they were able to see me right away for an estimate. I left a small deposit, and they ordered the parts needed for the repair. They called me two days later when the parts arrived so we could take the car in to start the repairs. We dropped the car off on a Tuesday, and it was ready the following Friday ahead of schedule. Only one headlight needed replacement, and they buffed out the other headlight so it could look new again. This is a great family owned business with excellent customer service, and I highly recommend them if you need any autobody repair work.
The front bumper of my Toyota Corolla had been damaged and needed to be replaced. We had to go through insurance (Progressive is absolutely terrible and I advise everyone not to use them 😅), and most body shops I called wouldn't be able to get me in for about 3 months using my insurance. When I called Renew Auto Body and Paint, Abraham was kind and polite and extremely helpful and told me they could get me in within 3 weeks. Unfortunately, we kept having issues with our insurance which pushed the date back a bit, BUT Abraham kept in communication with me and helped as much as he possibly could until we finally got the insurance to cooperate. Once we got the approval from the insurance, Abraham got us in immediately. I know nothing about cars, so when I was told the bumper would arrive in black and would be painted to match our current paint color and they would fade the new color into the older faded color, I thought I would be seeing 2 noticeably different colors when I went to pick up my car. I was very pleasantly surprised when I saw my car; it looked brand new and I couldn't even tell the difference between the new color and the old. They also took the time to clean our headlight for us! I absolutely will recommend Renew Auto Body and Paint to anyone needing work done on their car. Wonderful business!
