I had an excellent experience here! Brought my car in after months of it being at another shop where they messed my car up worse than how I dropped it off with them. Went back and forth with my adjuster about finding a new shop to handle my car's repairs and we agreed on Francis Collision Centre due to the high review count and the high rating. Kevin was the one who took care of my car, handling the project and keeping me updated on the process. He inspected it, wrote the preliminary estimate for my insurance and I and also made sure the job was done right. My car had stayed here for a while, but knowing it was being taken care of and making sure it was done right was more important to me than getting it back a few days later worse than how I dropped it off. Kevin was honest to me about pricing, provided the estimate to me directly, which isn't something the other shop did, and sent me photos of the damages the other shop had done. My only regret was not coming here from the beginning for my car's repairs. Really impressed with the work done and the quality of their cleaning of the interior and exterior of my car before giving it back to me. Just had my car cleaned by Kevin and his guys, and I am very impressed with their work. Should anything happen to my own or someone's car that I know, I will recommend this shop 100%! Thank you Esmeralda, Kevin and the crew!

Update: They work for the insurance companies... totaled two of my Challengers. I'm very disappointed. I vouched and trusted Francis Collision. Five stars to zero Stars. Be advised. Have your car scanned by another shop... never trust an alignment or sublet. Just be careful.
