This is the place to take your vehicles! They worked directly with my insurance, so everything went smoothly! They were able to repair my vehicle in a week! And I got it back and it looks brand new. The staff are all knowledgeable and professional here. I appreciated the emails and texts for updates on my car!
First off the customer service here is absolutely amazing. Juanita and Bernadette kept me updated nearly every day on every step of the process from start to finish. I don’t think I’ve ever been to a shop that kept me updated and the feature they have on that status of the vehicle via text message is a plus. However I’m only leave 3 stars because my car did get damage while being there. Kevin was upfront and honest about the damages when I arrived to pick up my car. I will update this and leave 5 stars once the vehicle gets fixed from there damage. Besides this occurrence I will definitely recommend. My cars rims were stolen and left on bricks not to major damage. Will leave before and after pics. Update my trunk lid was fixed in a timely manner. Would still recommend & go back if work is ever needed again.
I was really impressed with the professionalism and care shown throughout the entire process. The team at Francis Collision Centre made everything smooth and stress-free, and the quality of the repair work was outstanding. I truly felt valued as a customer. The communication from start to finish was excellent. I was kept informed at every step, and the staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with the results. Kevin Iskandar was the one who helped me and he did a great job!!
Overall my wife and I are happy with the experience they fixed our car to as good as new. It did take a few weeks but it was understandable because the undercarriage damage was extensive. Additionally we appreciated that the stayed in contact with us updating us throughout the repairs.
I had a great experience at Francis Collision Centre. Bernadette is great in helping me get the help I need to go through the process with repairing the car. I appreciate Kevin repairing my car faster than before the due date and also clean my car. Great customer service. I would really recommend people to bring their cars here for service.
