I’m extremely disappointed with this purchase. We were given incorrect dimensions by the owner, which was a major issue because we live in a condo and needed a very specific size couch. Based on the measurements they provided, we went ahead with the purchase — only to find out later that the couch was smaller than what we were told. When we brought this to the attention of the workers, the only resolution offered was $100, which felt dismissive given the mistake was on their end. At the time, I was 30 weeks pregnant and completely overwhelmed, so we reluctantly kept the couch instead of dealing with the hassle of returning or replacing it. Fast forward only 8 months later, and the couch is already pilling badly and looks worn out. The quality does not hold up at all, especially for something that is supposed to be a long-term furniture investment. Between the incorrect information, lackluster customer service, and poor durability, this couch was not worth the money. I truly regret this purchase and would not recommend this company to anyone who cares about quality or accuracy.

If I could leave no stars I will. $350 for delivery is beyond ridiculous. I don’t fit on an adjustable queen bed by myself, I slide and have videos of it. The manager Mark told me that it was physiological and people don’t slide off the bed and that I should see a Dr. Now I’m stuck trying to sell said bed as I need to now finance my new one. Don’t support this business, go elsewhere.

I didn't visit the Speer location, but I had a fantastic experience at the North Jackson store. Tony provided outstanding service that truly exceeded my expectations. He went out of his way to ensure I was satisfied, even delivering my furniture the same day I bought it. After finishing his shift, he came straight to my apartment to drop off my chair. He was not only helpful but also shared valuable insights about the furniture and was incredibly friendly throughout the process. I will definitely return to the North Jackson store for my future needs. Tony secured me a great deal and provided exceptional service. My only regret is not having cash on hand to tip him. I wish I could give more than 5 stars. Thank you, Tony, for being amazing!

Great experience shopping for new guest room furniture! It was our first time stopping in and I am so glad we found this store. Will be coming back for other furniture needs in the future.
