Called for furnace service on a Sunday afternoon when our home was 55°, and after a few quick tests that were suggested by the Supervisor a Tech was at my home within the hour. Super fast diagnostic and part was installed within another hour. Very pleased with the service Cody provided to us when we were in a tight spot.

I’d really like to say all was good but I’m $1000+ into this and it’s not fixed. It definitely wasn’t that Cody didn’t try. I just wish I could depend on someone that can fix this thing. Another $800 worth of parts ordered that have already been replaced within the year. We’ll see Ugh
