I’d been searching for a good place to board my Corgi, Sourdough, especially since she tends to get stressed out when I’m away — and I couldn’t be happier with her experience at Desert Oasis. Brent and Jared really made her feel at ease, and I could tell from the pictures in her daily report card that she was having a blast! I’m even impressed they managed to get her to sit still long enough for a nail trim (lol). I highly recommend their services, and we’ll definitely be using them again in the future.

The Brothers are very kind and professional. My cat normally loathes the boarding experience, but she was immediately comfortable stepping out of her carrier into her Kitty condo all on her own. That never happens. Maybe there was catnip involved, or maybe she appreciated the homely vibes of the room. Either way we will be back. The daily report card was a huge bonus, and photos were the icing on the cake. It is hard enough to leave our babies, but knowing by the end of the day I would have photos and a progress report gave me peace of mind. I also like that the cats had a large space to themselves, but also the privilege to explore the room on their own several times a day if they chose to do so. My cat loves to watch TV and other animals so having full view of everything going on I'm sure was comforting to her. The Brothers also understand that some cats take time to warm up to others, and may lose their appetite at first so it was helpful knowing that they understood this and would not be calling to tell me she wouldn't eat the first day. She'll eat when she gets hungry. I also fully trusted that if there was an emergency that she was in good hands and I'd be properly notified. My flight was delayed by 2 hours on pick up day, and they were very understanding and patient. We are very thankful to have found you guys!

We had such an amazing experience boarding our pup Axel with Brent and his team! It was such a last minute situation but he was extremely responsive and accommodating. They took such amazing care of our baby and the daily report cards were extremely comforting with some of the cutest pictures ever!! Thank you all again we will definitely be back

What a wonderful facility. I boarded my 16 year old cat Ella for the very first time. I am so grateful that I found Desert Pet Oasis Pet Retreat and am extremely happy with the care my cat received. The owners who are extremely professional and pleasant, provided personalized care and attention. They genuinely care about the pets they have staying with them. They were able to administer Ella’s medications without issue, which took a huge weight off of my shoulders. The daily report cards and pictures were fantastic. Her accommodations were comfortable, clean and secure. Ella came home relaxed and I could tell she enjoyed her stay there, especially meeting her roommate Trixie the rabbit. I will definitely use their services again. I highly recommend them for anyone looking to board their pets.

Truly Outstanding Pet Care – Above and Beyond! Desert Oasis Pet Retreat provided the most exceptional care during my dogs’ 3-night boarding stay. From the moment we dropped them off, I felt completely at ease knowing they were in loving, professional hands. What really stood out was the customized attention they gave to each of my dogs. Brent and Jarod went above and beyond to make sure my pups were happy, comfortable, and well cared for. They even sent me detailed report cards daily with tons of photos, which truly showed how much fun my pups were having! At the end of their stay, my pups received a luxurious bath using state-of-the-art equipment, including a Thera-Clean treatment that left them looking, smelling, and feeling amazing. To top it off, they even offer a chauffeur service! My dogs were personally dropped off at home— happy and relaxed after their mini vacation. It’s such a relief to have finally found a place that I can fully trust. Desert Oasis Pet Retreat is not just a boarding facility—it’s a true retreat for pets, and I’m so grateful for the care and love they showed my pups.
