Great customer service. I’ve been working with Youssef for over a year now and the results are always amazing. I’ve done more than 12 cars with him for tint, and every single one came out sharp and clean. He really knows what he’s doing honest, respectful, and easy to deal with. Thanks again, Youssef!!!

Firstly, I commend the job they did do, it was work I did not want to do, so I appreciate what was done exceptional. However, creases in the center console still had dust build up, glove box interior was not cleaned at all, still had rocks in the groves of my floor mats, missed spots underneath the seats which can be seen when the seats are moved forward and back, some creases in the mats still had dirt, and carpets could have been vacuumed better, and the break, emergency break, and accelerator were not cleaned. I would have taken that, and never gone back, but not left a bad review either, however, their website says the “detail my ride” package costs 249$, however they charged me 270$ plus tax, 305.10$ and I was specifically getting detailed because someone puked in my car, with which their 149$ “interior plus” package, includes “ HOT steam clean and disinfectant. Full interior shampoo of carpets and seats” so that should have been all I need, but they said “if puke we must do the 249$ “detail my ride” package. Fine, but nowhere does it say “if puke we must do that package” and the details of the “interior plus” package should have been enough. So right there, I still would have said “okay, now I’ll just warn people against them because that is scamming behaviour. BUT my snow brush was also gone, I realized the next day, went back, and I expressed, “my brush was never returned” and so we went looking for it, and though we never found it (I figure they threw it out? Because the foam handle was damaged) however they had 9 other brushes obviously taken from other cars and not returned, and they gave me one of those, which now thinking of it after the fact is “receiving stolen property” which is a criminal offence caused by them stealing it and providing it to me. Ultimately, this all leads to the worst experience, they charge extra, are scammers, thief’s, and do a sub adequate job in terms of total cleaning.

Amazing detail and Tint job. The team at 'Detail My Ride' really surprised me with how well they cleaned the car inside and out. Not a spot missed. Their customer service was welcoming and very professional. I felt at home. The Tint was exactly what I needed and very diligently done. Thanks to Yusuf and the great crew at 'Detail My Ride'! 🚘

Amazing experience!! Got my windows tinted all around. Very welcoming and friendly staff. The owner was extremely nice and made sure to show me different levels of tint before choosing mine. He made sure I would be happy with the final product before he started. Would come back again highly recommend this shop for tinting and detailing!! Thank you for the new tints :)

Multiple times I’ve taken my car for detailing wanting to sell it, but when Yusuf is done with it, I end up keeping it 😆 Every time he details my car, it feels brand new! Most recently did a 2 stage polish on his recommendation, my gosh what a difference it has made and has gotten me so much compliments! He has amazing service and will tailor that service to your car and what it needs. Been going to him for detailing for over a year and will go no place else 👏🏻
