Wow, what great people and products. So friendly and full of info on what to use or how. Just picked up their new "STINGER" line of tire shine last night and this stuff is awesome! Highly recommend and excited to try out more stuff......👍👍👍

I had an amazing experience at Detail Garage thanks to Dario. His service was absolutely exceptional—he went above and beyond by personally buffing out a scratch on my car, which I really wasn’t expecting. He’s incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely passionate about helping people care for their vehicles. I could not recommend this place more for all your car detailing needs. Went in on Saturday July 19th, looking to get some stuff to clean the interior of my car. I got some one on one help picking the tools and solutions that would help me, after the employee checked my vehicle in the parking lot. I had amazing help and they even tried to save me money, while I was looking for a budget friendly setup. Definitely recommend. Very honest and very nice people.

Today, I had my truck in to get detailed. I had high expectations for this place as I love the products and have been useing them for years. Upon pick up, i noticed certain areas of the truck were done not so good to say the least. Interior was not a very good job, there is crumbs and hair left in the doors, mud still on the floors and doors. Dust galore.... water spots through out the trucks interior. Windows not properly cleaned , lots of streaks. The exterior of the truck looked like it was washed by the rain. Bugs still all over the front end, I took off with my finger. The mirrors were not even touched, full of bug marks and water / mud spots. Seats were not properly cleaned, still have stuff on them that I am able to wipe off no problem. This cleaning job was done very bad or maybe just rushed. I paid $330 and this is the job I get done. Part of me didn't even want to pay for this, but I did anyways. I'm very disappointed, this is definitely a waste of money, feel like my truck came out the same way it went in.

This is the second time I have been to Detail Garage in Kitchener and again I am not disappointed. I sent a message on Facebook Sunday night asking if they had some compounds in stock. I got a message back quickly and was told Dario was going to call me the next morning. He did call.me and after a brief conversation he told me he would have what I need ready for pickup same day as I am an hour away. Arrive there and Ronnie had it ready for me. I did grab a few other things and Ronnie was more than happy to help me and answer all the questions I had. This is the #1 shop for all your detailing products. They go above and beyond for you hands down. Well worth the drive. I would not go anywhere else. Thanks guys for all your help. Appreciate it.
