Mario is my go to guy for sure! I had him put on ceramic coat and then had a guy at my job drop a bicycle on it and caused some paint transfer. He got it fixed asap and was very helpful during the process. He is very reasonable with his charges and he has my bike looking better than even when it was brand new! Recommend his work to everyone!!!

Mario was incredibly flexible with his hours to accommodate my appointment! He was punctual and a professional. He did great on the carpet and cloth seat extraction cleaning for a steal of a price! Mario is a master of his craft! I called Mario yesterday, 08/28/2024, and he got me scheduled for a detail service first thing the following morning. I got there this morning a bit before the scheduled appointment to take some before pictures of my car, and he was ready to get started as soon as I was done. He walked me through the various options I could get (basic cleaning/detailing service vs. various levels of ceramic coating) and told me exactly how much each would cost. At no point did he try to push me towards a more expensive service. I went with the basic external detail and ceramic coating for 1 year protection. He quoted me at $280 for my vehicle (new 2024 Hyundai Ioniq 6), which was slightly lower than the price online due to it being new and only having to do the exterior. Throughout the day, Mario kept me informed of his progress including any issues he came across. He sent pictures with his updates so I could understand what he was referring to. At one point, he noticed that some paint was scratched near the hood of the car, and said if he can't fix it, then I could take it to Hyundai to get it repainted. Turns out I don't need to take it to Hyundai because he did a phenomenal job of fixing the issue. Throughout the entire process, Mario was incredibly friendly and professional. It's obvious he knows his stuff and is passionate about what he does. It was a pleasure doing business with him, and I will absolutely be back! Also, the price he quoted me at the beginning was the price I paid at the end of the day when I went to pick up the car. No surprise fees, no haggling, just an upfront quote before he even started the work. tl;dr: if you need a detailing service for your vehicle, this is the place to go. Mario is reliable, diligent, and resourceful. He was able to get me in on a very short notice (within hours) when I had an extensive food spill onto my cloth seat. He went above and beyond to make sure that all stains and odor were completely eliminated from my brand new car seat. Would highly recommend his service!

Mario is a master! His knowledge and skill is top tier level, wish he was still out in CA where he took care of my ride. Still have not found someone as good for the price. Working on a black car requires patience and skill. Never left swirls, got every corner of the car and even detailed my engine bay. I even had him detail our top customer's cars at the shop for us because he was also very dependable. Best of luck to you Mario!
