Never ate there, but the staff I've experienced is professional, clean, and positive. Quite sure the food is as good as the experience. Fun, safe, social experience that rock's every time I go there. When in town go in through a axe, eat some good food, great drinks, play a game,and have some olds school fun., But Be safe.

Want to just simply state that this venue was incredible to host a work outing. From the service, communication of planning, staff, food, and atmosphere, Detroit Axe (Ferndale) just absolutely crushed it. Huge thank you to their team and will absolutely be recommending them to others for a fun night out.

So, so, so much fun!!! Our instructor was amazing and made it very enjoyable. We were all novices and he was a great teacher. Stop by and throw a couple axes and don't forget to stop downstairs at The Corner and play some board games and/or bar bango which is the best!!

Went on a Wednesday evening and had a BLAST! Axe throwing as a first-timer was fun. The staff was extremely helpful in teaching us. This spot has a cool vibe. They have great food and tons of drink options. They have a wall of games! Honestly, the game selection was the best part. Never a dull moment here!

I liked the atmosphere. I think it's a great place to hang out and have some food. Aside from the axe throwing their are video games and board games. The selection of beer is ok. The liquor selection is a bit better. They have a few basic craft cocktails. The food was ok. The fireplace was a nice added touch
