Transferred my documents from a broken laptop on to a new one free of charge! Even let me borrow his equipment overnight as the time it took to transfer went past closing but I was in desperate need of the documents that night. Very nice, very helpful.

Cannot recommend this place enough!!! I've had my Sony phone for 5 years and it suddenly broke and became unresponsive. I had 5 years of images/videos/files on there which I hadn't backed up (stupid I know) and I was so scared I'd lose them forever as the phone was in a bad way and wouldn't come on. The staff member (not sure of his name) was so helpful and friendly, explaining things really clearly, I'm someone who isn't very good with tech. I left my phone with him, he worked on it that day and I picked it up the next day. AND IT WORKS!!! I'd given up on ever getting it to turn on again. I've backed up all my photos now and learnt my lesson! The price to fix it was so reasonable and the service was incredible and speedy. Will be recommending to all my friends and family and going back there if I have any tech problems in the future. Thank you so so much!! :)
