We stopped in because my wife has a very small Pandora charm that’s a watch/clock and we couldn’t possibly get the back off to change the battery. Derek was super nice even though we were in near closing time. We expected to need to leave the charm there and come back later but he had it opened up and changed in a few minutes for a super reasonable price. The store is very clean and nice, we’ll definitely come back for any repair needs and to find some gifts in the future!

I took my wife’s ring to Derek to replace a couple diamonds and get it cleaned, it looks better than the day I bought it!! I highly recommend if you need anything jewelry related!

I highly recommend Derek for all jewelry needs. He repaired two important pieces of jewelry for me and was so helpful and responsive throughout. He goes above and beyond for customer service, is super genuine and honest, and really talented. I previously had pieces of jewelry fixed at other highly rated jewelers but I didn't like that I was never communicating with the person doing the repair work – usually it was other staff – and haven't been fully satisfied with the repairs. DF Designs is a much different, and better, experience. I'm confident in Derek's assessment and work, and am happy to have found the business I'll return to for any future work. Great service, fair affordable pricing, and excellent work! And it's so nice that there's easy free parking on site.

I’ve always wanted a pair of pearl earrings and after talking to Derek he picked out a perfect pair for me. He even shipped them straight to my house. He is super friendly and easy to work with. My fiancé and I will be coming back to him for our wedding bands in the future!
