I called Drivers Test Now twice today and sent an email with a simple question. They never replied to my message and didn't answer the first time. When I called the second time, the girl who answered was extremely rude and literally told me, "I'm really busy right now, I'll have to call you back!" Sometimes it is now what you say it is how you say it, so guess what, I'm moving on. I called DFW Driving School and they answered the first time and gave me the info I needed. That's how you earn business in a crowded market. We all know there are a ton of driving schools in this area! I am going to take care of what you all explained to me and I look forward to next steps.
I had a road test scheduled with quite possibly the rudest person I have ever met. I do NOT recommend using this driving school. We informed the manager if our experience and he responded with well shes been here 15 years. So that gives her the right to belittle and talk nasty to people? Whatever you do, stay away. Please read some of the other reviews cause its bad
Worst experience we have ever had. We had an appointment at 1pm for my wife to take a road test. We got there 10 minutes until and door is locked, the lady behind the counter flashes 10 fingers at us stating 10 more minutes ok no problem we come back 10 minutes later. We walk in and state we have an appointment at 1:00pm she immediately cuts us off and says we can’t use that car we came in because it doesn’t have front license plate. We tell her that we booked a road test using their companies car. She proceeds to ask us to prove that we paid for that service. Just extremely rude off the bat. Maybe having a bad day? Ok I get it but it didn’t stop there. While filling out paper work I try to start a conversation and tell her my wife has been driving across Europe for 6 years now but just moved to the states. Again she immediately cuts me off and says “ oh we’re not like that here, they’re free range over there. They don’t have any rules.” I’m kind of confused and shocked and I ask her what do you mean? She responds with well sometimes they don’t even stop there at stop signs and drive “free range” whatever that means. Once my wife and her got in car to start the test she asked my wife something along the lines of how long we have been married and my wife responded. The lady cuts her off and says “oh I don’t need to know all that” like what? You yourself asked a personal question. This lady was extremely rude and unprofessional. Every single time she spoke to you she belittled you and just made you feel uncomfortable. I will not recommend this driving school to anyone
Susan is an exceptional driving instructor who helped me feel confident and prepared for my road test. Her patient and professional approach made a huge difference. I passed with flying colors, thanks to her expertise and guidance. Highly recommend! Also they offer same day appointments and everyone should opt in for the stress free, effortless DPS paperwork submission. I didnt need to make another appointment, or mail anything in.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Great place to take the road test I did my road test here and the experience was really good from start to finish. The staff were kind, patient, and explained everything clearly before we started, which helped me feel a lot more relaxed. The process was straightforward, no stress or confusion, and they made sure I had all the paperwork I needed for DPS. What I liked most was how organized and respectful they were with time. Everything ran smoothly, and I walked out with my certificate the same day. You can tell they really care about helping people get through this step without making it harder than it needs to be. I’d definitely recommend this school if you’re planning to take your road test — professional service but with a personal touch, thanks Tariq !
