Very unprofessional, shouldn’t have to pester a company to get responses. To top off the misfortune of using this company, the work they did needed redone by another company. Steer clear.

Great service! I called and they came out in a couple of days to assess. They came back a couple days later to do the work, fixed my porch light and put up a new dome, installed a dawn to dusk light out back and fixed my upstairs hall light. Both were polite, patient and asked if I had any questions. Great customer service which is important to me.I don't know anything about cost for such things but I found the price to be very reasonable. I highly recommend DG Electric and will use them again.

The company came out asap for my emergency. The gentleman that came out to work on my house was top tier. Very knowledgeable and took time to explain what caused my failure and steps being taken to prevent it from happening again. Very upfront with pricing and gave the max price possible from the start. He was able to re-use parts that were not and saved me some money rather than just putting new in because he was there and could have. I will be using this company in the future

I highly recommend this company. DG Electric was professional and very honest with their work. I couldn’t believe how much money they saved me. DG Electric gave me the fairest price. These guys were prompt, very polite and professional. They went above and beyond for me. I appreciate everything that was done for me. They made sure my home was safe for us to rest easy. I was walked through all the repairs and that made me feel they truly took care of everything with love. You will see how passionate these guys are about their job and you won’t be disappointed. It was refreshing to have these guys with this type of work ethic get the job done. I will use DG Electric again in the future if I have any electrical issues. I highly recommend this company to others.

I called DG Electric on a MONDAY morning after a weekend wind storm AT 9:30 am to state my electrical issues, ie, the mast pipe had torn away from my house & the electric line was drooping. Even though there were 4 appointments ahead of me, 😳, my information was recorded, the technicians arrived at my home, EXPLAINED IN DETAIL what had to be repaired in order to return to normal service, AND gave me a WRITTEN ESTIMATE so I could compare prices with other electricians if I wanted to. I was pleasantly pleased at the estimate & hired them immediately (I had already gotten higher quotes from other electricians!) The technicians gave me a time frame in which they would return (ON THE SAME DAY!) & complete the job.Upon returning, they immediately starting work, & was completed in an hour! They cleaned up their work debris, explained exactly what they did to remedy my electrical problem, & made suggestions about future jobs. OUTSTANDING COMPANY! YES, I'll be contacting them again! ONE DAY SERVICE 🙂!
