Daniel came to our rescue after mice chewed through water pipes, causing leaks through our ceilings. He arrived within hours of our call, which we were incredibly grateful for. Since then, he’s also helped us deal with rats in our chicken coop. Daniel’s communication has been excellent throughout, and the service has been truly 5-star. It’s refreshing to work with a business that genuinely prioritises customer care and delivers exactly what they promise. I can’t recommend DGC Pest Management highly enough; we’re very lucky to have found Daniel & phoned him before anyone else!

Exceptional service. I 100% would not hesitate to recommend DGC Pest Management. When I called, Daniel visited the same day. He's professional and thorough. Reporting everything to me. Pest issue fixed quickly. He also offers the service to block the holes where mice were entering. We gratefully had this done too. Fantastic value for money. Don't consider approaching any other pest control. This one is the best.

Cannot thank Daniel enough. I have been hearing a lot of noise from pests Daniel came as soon as I phoned him and removed this dead rat and is coming again tomorrow. Extremely delighted with his professional service and how quick he came. Highly recommend.

Contacted Daniel and he visited the property within 2 hours. No drama, no hassle and went about his business in a professional manner. Daniel is a pleasure to deal with, so pleasant and knows what he is talking about, also very helpful when it comes to tips and facts. Gave us advice and arranged more follow up calls too. I would certainly recommend this company....no hesitation st all.

We cannot thank Daniel enough for what he did for our family this Saturday. Our hamster got stuck between the wall and the plaster boards, and we were completely panicked. Daniel arrived within an hour of our call, which already meant so much to us — but what truly amazed us was his care, patience, and compassion. He worked so thoughtfully and carefully, making every effort to cause as little damage to our wall as possible while keeping our hamster safe. You could truly see how much he cared, not just about doing his job, but about helping us and saving our little pet. Thanks to his calm and skilled approach, our hamster is safe — which we are beyond grateful for. On top of that, Daniel went above and beyond by spending extra time with us afterward, helping us find an electrician and a designer to repair what had to be broken.
