Ashley was both friendly, knowledgeable and competent, a pleasure to work with. This was a cash transaction and she worked with me to keep the cost as reasonable as possible. The work addressed a scrape/ dent that extended to all panels on the passenger side. During the work they discovered a broken rear bumper bracket, and after they notified me, they replaced the bumper as well at a reasonable cost. The work was completed quickly at the earliest estimated time, less than 3 days. I had noticed one of the headlamps was out and when I picked the car up from Aaron, he took care of that as well. The car looks great. Thank you D & I team!
Top Notch service from this auto body shop! I was hit by another vehicle and after extensive research, I found this shop and from the minute I walked in it was professional and welcoming. Ashley was beyond helpful and treated my job with professionalism, urgency and I didn't have to lift a finger. Constant communication made this experience the smoothest one I have ever dealt with. My vehicle had looked like it was never in an accident and that is what I call a 5 star service! Highly recommend this shop for ANY of your needs!
Ashley was Awesome! She helped with everything I needed. Very professional and she has great knowledge with her cars. She made me feel like I would spend my money here if I had the money to. I enjoyed gaining knowledge on what to expect when paying out of pocket versus going though insurance company. I enjoyed this visit. Great customer service. Good job hiring Ashley! 😎
I had a fabulous experience with D&I Auto. I brought my 2013 BMW 128i in for an assessment to replace my bumper, fender, and headlight. It took five minutes and Aharon immediately inspired confidence and made me feel comfortable. Once I brought the car in, there was a bit more work than was apparent at first glance, but they were great about communicating at every step, so I was never surprised. Plus they were fast -- done in two and a half days -- and the work was beautiful. Thank you, Aharon and team! Pictures are before and after.
