I went to get my front bumper looked at. They gave me a reasonable estimate and one of their mechanics very kindly gave my car a temporary fix by screwing my old bumper back on. Will be returning here

After years of knowing the original owners I was a bit apprehensive about getting a quote to paint my car. When I arrived Nicole greeted me with a smile and Yodi was quick to grab her clip board to detail the areas that needed paint. She was a great listener, friendly and understood exactly what my goals were. Can you make it look better without a full repaint? I was skeptical because the car had major chipping. She assured me they could. It took about five more minutes and I had a quote. Not sure about these things I went to another shop for an estimate. It was much higher with a 30 day wait to get in. I confirmed my quote with Luxury on a Thursday. Left the car on Monday and picked it up Friday. In just four days they not only made it look better, they made it look brand new! They also installed new headlight assemblies and will be doing a grill swap for me. Yodi knows hers cars, where another shop owner thought I needed roof paint, Yodi noticed that the car was missing four pieces of roof molding. Shout out to Kevin and Brandon for their attention to other details as well. Especially for advising me with so many non body work decisions for my "new" car I'm so grateful for this amazing team! The quality of the shop work is amazing and the front office has a way of making you feel right at home.

This is hands-down the worst Body shop I’ve ever dealt with I have a 1987 Lowrider Monte Carlo with hydraulics that was involved in the hit-and-run they promised me they could match the paint and the gold leafing pinstriping on the side of the front left fender after dealing with progressive, Which was also terrible. I sat back patiently, waiting on my car to be finished. I called the Body shop multiple times It was always promised. The car will be finished that week 7 1/2 months later I go to pick my car up in the engine and I just spent $7500 on look like it came out of a junkyard 20 years ago they couldn’t match my paint And didn’t even attempt to put the gold leafing stripe on the fender. The heavyset girl at the front desk is very sweet, but I think she’d rather climb a tree and tell a lie then stand on the ground until the truth. One of her excuses for having my car for 7 1/2 months was it took the pain a long time to dry?🤣😂🤣😂. They Also reuse parts that were broken from the crash And blamed it on progressive insurance. This was hands-down, the most unprofessional and worst experience I’ve ever had dealing with a Body shop. Don’t let the Lamborghinis outside for you There’s nothing Luxury nor custom about this Body shop

I would not recommend to go to the shop. I was a religious customer for a very long time, and most recently they lost my spare tire and refused to replace it. They are not accountable and highly unprofessional. I would not recommend going. This is not to say the first time I did go, they said they test drove my car, but once I left the lot, my wheel was unaligned and almost caused an accident. Again, do not trust any of the other reviews. This is not a good shop to go to.
