I was recovering from a hip labral tear that made exercise incredibly painful, and a heart condition that caused lightheadedness and chest pain during workouts. I could not be more grateful to have met Tommy Armenta and to have the chance to work with him. Tommy Armenta is hands down the best trainer I have ever worked with, and I've had experience with a number of trainers/coaches. He's insanely knowledgeable, so motivating, and just wonderful to be around. He creates super individualized plans based on your goals / abilities, and is constantly adapting them to keep you progressing and challenged. I've been working with Tommy for 2.5 years, starting after the birth of my 2nd kid and through pregnancy, birth and postpartum with my 3rd. After 3 kids I can honestly say I've never been stronger. I was a college athlete and now an endurance runner -- Tommy has upped my game in every possible way. My only warning is that you'll get addicted -- I started working with Tommy once a week and now am up to 4x a week because I love working with him and see such incredible results. There's truly no one better!
