I honestly couldn’t be happier with the customer service and the outcome. Email correspondence was within minutes and had my car booked under 15 minutes. Paul made it quick, easy and painless. The job he did was above my expectations and would recommend anyone that was thinking of getting there car done. Not to mention it was one of the cheapest from the quotes I got back.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had our new car's paint protected with ceramic coating and detailed by Paul using the Ultimate Wax Is Dead product - and it looks incredible. Every inch of it is gleaming, and he didn’t miss a single spot. But what really stood out was Paul himself. He’s been friendly, thoughtful, and super accommodating from the very beginning. We first booked with him a couple of months ago, but thanks to bank delays, we didn’t get the car until recently. Paul was nothing but patient—he kept shifting our booking without fuss and still honoured the August promo, which we really appreciated. Even on the day, he was out the front waving us down so we wouldn’t miss the shop. That kind of care and attention just says it all. What an absolute pleasure it was to meet Paul and entrust him with the paint protection on my new car. Having never had paint protection on any of my previous cars, I needed to ask so many questions to get the information I needed to pull the trigger and get this done. Paul provided all the detail required with a calm and measured approach that never felt pushy. His attention to detail, follow up and communication throughout the process was just so reassuring and greatly appreciated. Second new car entrusted to Paul at Diamond Detailing for ceramic coating. This time was my new little GR Yaris. Paul did a great job as usual, professional, hassle free and flexible to fit me in around the delivery from the dealer. Would definitely recommend and will be back again for sure.

Had my brand new DMAX treated with ceramic paint protection. Came out so slick. Paul provided outstanding customer service answering all questions with great knowledge in the lead up to making the decision to have the protection done. I would highly recommended this business.
