Thank goodness for Diamond and his extensive knowledge and patience. I was trying to claim my money back for a mattress which I had for less than a year and as I purchased it on my credit card I raised a claim under section 75. I had to prove independently that the mattress was faulty- that’s where Diamond comes into it. I had no understanding of what to do or where to start but after being given this company’s details and speaking to Diamond he explained things crystal clear on what I needed to do, what he would do and gave me step by step instructions on how to proceed. Before speaking with Diamond I was extremely concerned as I felt no one was helping me and I was fumbling about in the dark. This week I was told I would get my money back in full and my bank even covered the cost of the report. If you have any concerns about using this company- pick up the phone and Diamond will talk you through your concerns and I genuinely feel he will do his best to help anyone. Once again thank you so much.

Very happy with our chair repair! Parts were missing but Diamond Restoration replaced them and matched the colour of the wood perfectly. Can't tell which chair has been repaired when compared to the other five. Excellent job. Perfect collection and delivery from a very nice pleasant man, would highly recommend!

Diamond Restoration has not been located at the address given above (164 Whalley Rd, M16 8AW) since June 2008 and has been located at Rhedyn Coch Bach, Llanfairpwllgwyngyll LL61 6SU, ever since. I have stopped trying to persuade Google Maps to move the locator, as Mr Diamond Munoz insists on leaving this false address, fraudulently, upon his website. That speaks volumes about the business's integrity! He might be a brilliant furniture restorer, for all I know, but he's not worked from this address for 17 years!
