Jeff was amazing! We came in with no appointment, and were helped within minutes. We were able to browse ourselves first, and then we are allowed to try and on as many rings as we liked. Jeff was knowledgeable, open, and kind! Made the experience very fun and pleasant. Next time, we will be asking for him! Thank you Jeff!!

Al was amazing in assisting my mother and I in engagement ring shopping. He was incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and patient with me during the whole process. He put me at ease, despite the many options and choices I had before me. I would recommend him to anyone in the market for jewelry. He learns his clients quickly and was able to help me find a ring I liked!

If you are looking for the perfect engagement ring, do yourself a favor and ask for Jackie. After visiting countless stores in the area and feeling a bit discouraged, Jackie made the whole process feel seamless and special. She was excellent at listening to my preferences and helped me find a ring that my fiancé loves! Jackie turned what could have been an overwhelming decision into a fun and memorable experience. We will definitely be picking Diamonds Direct and Jackie to come back to for our wedding bands!

I went to Diamonds Direct to purchase an engagement ring for my girlfriend of seven years - she is now my fiancee! I worked with Kim Kellam throughout the process and she was nothing short of terrific. Kim took extensive time to design the ring with me based on my fiancee's preferences, provided helpful explanations of diamond specs with which I was largely unfamiliar, and went above and beyond to find a beautiful diamond that was within my budget. Kim kept me in the loop on everything that was happening and checked with me every step of the way to make sure I was satisfied with the stones and setting, down to the finest details. My fiancee loves her engagement ring and we will certainly be returning to pick out our wedding bands together. Thank you, Kim, and thank you, Diamonds Direct!

My wife and I couldn't be happier since entering the store and meeting Lonnie Phillips! Lonnie did an amazing job assisting us in making our purchase. He made the experience exciting and fun explaining the designs available to custom create the exact ring set that my wife was looking for. His experience, attitude, and expertise has made us loyal customers looking forward to our next purchase with Diamonds Direct. It was an all around great atmosphere that was not full of pressure nor just trying to make a sale. Lonnie's concern for our happiness and complete satisfaction made it personal. I highly recommend anyone who is interested in spending hard earned money on fine quality jewelry go in and ask for Lonnie. You will be happy to have met him and explore all of the many options that Diamonds Direct has to offer. A+ professional service with all expectations exceeded!
