I wanted a gold diamond pendant and looked around before choosing The Diamonds Factory and am so pleased I did. From the moment you walk through the door you are warmly welcomed and nothing is too much trouble to ensure you are happy even if that’s buying or not. Ashley took time to explain and show me everything from colour,clarity and carat weight. I chose a stunning oval shaped diamond pendant and it was ordered there and then and I collected it in just under 3 weeks and it was even more beautiful than I remember it to be. I was so impressed by their prices and I really feel they can’t be beaten. So much so I ordered a new engagement and diamond wedding band. I really would recommend this fantastic jewellery shop to anyone who loves diamonds,lab or mined, but especially for value and service. Keep doing what you’re doing Diamonds Factory I for one can’t fault you.

Audrey at the Diamond Factory in Glasgow was phenomenal in making my experience as smooth as possible. I had spent a long time reviewing options and never finding something that fit my exact taste. Audrey took me through about a hundred samples, where we broke down the specifics of the design I wanted. I don’t live locally but it was a seamless process once I had made my choice for tracking and additional questions. The whole process from design to collection was about month. However This was over the Christmas period. I would very much recommend Audrey to anyone looking to find that particular piece for your special someone. I am in love with my final product and I can’t wait to see what’s next.Id give more than 5 stars if I could. 6/5

There were so many ring shops to choose from at the Argyll Arcade and I'm glad I went for Diamonds Factory. Joanne provided an excellent service and helped choose the perfect engagement ring. She is informative, friendly, and patient. I got great advice on the different styles of each ring presented, information on the stone and metal, which helped me choose the ring I wanted to buy for my girlfriend. I didn't feel pressure buying a ring right there and then, and I felt that she genuinely wanted what's best for us which I truly appreciate. My girlfriend and I are engaged now and she absolutely loves the ring! I could not be happier with the service and overall I highly recommend Diamonds Factory. Best, Callum

We met with Ashley at the diamond factory yesterday. Such a lovely, welcoming environment. We were instantly put at ease. Zero pressure to purchase and did not feel rushed at any point. We chose a beautiful ring with Ashley’s advice. Can’t wait to receive it. Highly recommend! We’ll be back for our wedding bands soon x

Went to the diamond factory to pick out a wedding band. I cannot fault the service I received from Joanna, she was so lovely and helpful with helping me choose my ring that would complement my engagement ring. She was very friendly and professional and went out her way to find different styles for me to try on so I could see what I liked and didn’t like. Ended up with a ring that I glanced over online and other stores, and it turned out to be the perfect one. I would 100% recommend going here, they have so much options to choose from. Looking forward to picking up my ring ❤️
