Making the decision to have Diana as my personal trainer was hands down the best decision I made all year. Diana is an awesome trainer who keeps it really & all about her clients health. After training with a few other girls, I have learned a lot more about living a healthier lifestyle . She has educated me on how to eat healthier according to my body , a variety of workouts , my formation, and how to use the gym equipment properly. I was able to drop 2% body fat and gain some muscle mass. This only the beginning of my journey and highly recommended Diana. She makes working out fun & is very supportive!
