Impossible to reach them out. We would needed a dance instructor. They do not answer on phone calls ,no facebook messages, i went there in person,was closed!! How is it possible to get any lessons there come on?! Terrible experience, not customer-oriented. They do not handle business well.
“I recently had a very disappointing experience at Diana’s Dance Studio. While the classes and instructors were great and my minor son was practicing inside, the outside security staff was shockingly unprofessional. I had just parked and was told to move and find parking on the street for a party happening inside. I informed security staff my son should be walking out no more than 2 minutes if I could please have 2 minutes. He agreed. Less than 2 minutes later Jerry, the guard was verbally abusive and unnecessarily aggressive, creating an uncomfortable and intimidating atmosphere for myself and my minor son. He called me almost every curse word imaginable and threatened me saying I would never be able to park there again and he would be sure of it. He said he would be sure of it because his sister owns the facility. As a mom and woman I was afraid and am afraid to return since he was so aggressive and threatening for a parking spot I was gladly going to give up in 2 minutes. It’s unfortunate that such behavior overshadowed what should have been a positive experience. I hope the management addresses this issue promptly to ensure the safety and comfort of everyone attending.
The best ballroom dance studio in Fresno! The people you meet here are incredible. I have made many lasting friendships and found my new hobby. The dance teachers are great as well! If you want to feel like you are Dancing With The Stars, I would highly recommend this studio. They are great at catering to beginner dancers too.
We were looking for somewhere to dance while traveling, luckily we found Dianna's studio. Everyone there was so friendly and welcoming. Great music and lesson. We would definitely return if in the Fresno area. Thanks Dianna and all your guests!
AMAZING!!! I've wanted to take belly dancing for years, I'm so glad fate had me waited until now. The group of ladies in this class are so helpful and kind. And the instructor, Annette, is so inspiring and fun. I recently went back to the gym and didn't have the sore abs and legs that I do from 1 class of belly dancing, can't wait for the next class!!!
