My accountant who was with this group moved and I could not locate his forwarding phone number so called the office and Charolette the secretary told me I could look it up. I said but if customers call don’t you have a forwarding number and she hung up on me. I am a huge customer service person and have gone to this office for years and to be treated so dismissive was insane to me. I called back and said thank you for hanging up on me and again said mam I’m sure other clients have called for this very same information you 💯 have and for customer service could she please help me. She said she was new and could not help me. I work in the medical industry and over the years our physicians move to other offices and we have never told a patient to look it up. Extremely rude and not helpful at all.
