The team at Dietrich Law went above and beyond for me. After my car accident in 2016, I went through challenges beyond my comprehension and some very dark times. Throughout it all, Lina, George, and the entire team never failed to be there for me. I know I leaned on them more than most clients probably do—sometimes as if they were psychiatrists or doctors—calling often and asking for support that was outside their realm. But they were always courteous, empathetic, and supportive. They never failed to get back to me and always helped connect me to those who could help. In moments when I felt like I couldn’t go on, they were there to listen and to help in any way they could. If I could rate 0 I would. I have a TBI. I paid them in cash. I have never spoken to anyone here. I never hired anyone here. I am broken...in my brain. I contacted them to get my money back. Apparently they had a flood and my records were destroyed. I'm sure that we have computers. I'm already an emotional mess because of my TBI. They have been dismissive and refuse to acknowledge me. Avoid these awful humans. I paid them $8,037.00 and they can't find my retainer.....the lawyer...my case at all?
