Tyler was extremely professional and even took the time to give us a follow up call the same evening to make everything was satisfactory and working as it should. My experience with DIFY started off a bit rocky, I had a scheduled service that ended up in a no show. They have been having issues with google messaging and that resulted in me not getting a notice. After this incident, I reached out to DIFY. They not only came out to resolved my issues at no cost, but Tyler was exceptional and made sure all of our electrical issues were fixed. Tyler and his team were the only contractor to answer the phone on a weekend, after a big storm, when I had lost power in 95+ degree heat. He came out the very next day to assess the damage and did an extremely professional job on the repairs just two days later. He and his team were good communicators and I really can’t say enough wonderful things about them. I’d definitely recommend to anyone needing electrical services.
