This is hands down my go-to photo lab. From day one, they treated me like family. The owners, Amanda and Ray, are genuinely good people who truly care about their customers and the photography community. They handle all of my film developing and scanning, and they’re always my first stop for photo printing—especially when I’m preparing for exhibits. The quality is consistently excellent. Big shoutout to Alex, who helps with the printing process—he’s knowledgeable, experienced, and always willing to help. I also want to recognize the entire staff, from the front counter to the workers in the back. Everyone is welcoming, professional, and takes pride in their work. This lab supports local photographers, gives genuine feedback, and stays involved in the art community. Whether you need film, developing, scanning, or prints, this is truly a one-stop shop. Grateful to have a place like this in our city. Highly recommended.
They got the job done and I am happy with the result, but the experience was not great. I had a number of old large format pictures I needed scanned, too big for my scanner. I called and asked if they have a large format scanner (single pass), they said yes, up to 36" wide and up to 4800dpi. Perfect! So I go there with my box o pictures and guess what, they don't. Max single-pass is 8.5"x11", they multi-pass and digitally stitch anything larger... That's annoying, that's why I called and ASKED the max SINGLE-PASS, NOT STITCHED, capacity they had... Anyway, I was there and every other service in town actually did answer that question honestly when I called to check, everyone else was also multi-pass and stitch. Stuck with that I guess. Not bad, just not preferred. Next came the 5 minute argument over the scan resolution. I requested a higher than normal scan resolution because these were very old family photos and I have no idea if someone will want to do digital a restoration on them later, and the more data you have (higher scan resolution) the better the restoration is. Despite stating this, and that I'm wiling to pay the cost (higher resolution = longer scan times = more time tying up the machines), I still had to argue with them for the better part of 5 minutes to get what I asked for... Really? You shouldn't be arguing that, quote what the customer asks for and then discuss ways to make it cheaper if that's a problem. Instead, I get a long argument about how "300dpi is usually enough". Agreed it usually is, but I've already stated I'm not a normal case, I literally want all the photo grain captured in the scan for reasons already (repeatedly) stated, I started there to avoid this useless conversation you so adamantly insist on having. I got a good result and at my requested resolution, despite the bad info and the aggressive down-sell attempt. I think I'd rather buy a $5,000 wide format scanner next time and do it myself to avoid the drama. But that's me. Like I said, they did good work for me, I just had a bad customer service experience.
First off this place is small business, and I absolutely love it. 📸🧑🎨 As a artist I go from time to time to print and they have never not once disappointed me, Lacy in particular is probably my favorite soul other than the dog they keep there. Lacy has helped me learn a thing or two on film, and has genuinely been so excited and enthusiastic with me. If I could give her and this place 10 stars I would. Thankyou for proving that small business is still so alive and genuine. Beyond grateful for this location and the employees that run it. 🙏🏻
Really happy with my experience at this photo printing shop! Holly was super helpful and made the whole process easy from start to finish. She took the time to walk me through the options and made sure everything came out looking great. The prints were high quality and ready quicker than I expected. Great service, great results — I’ll definitely be back!
I couldn’t be happier with the canvas print they made from my photo. Lacy’s customer service gave me confidence that I made the right choice, and that was confirmed when I saw the result earlier than promised. I’ve used a national online service for a few smaller prints, but no more!
