I’ve been with Dignity Health PT at several locations and always had great experiences with my therapists — until this one. Unfortunately, this location was disappointing. The therapists seemed more focused on their computers than their patients. I don’t spend my time and money just to have someone collect insurance payments and barely pay attention. Patients shouldn’t be left to figure out exercises on their own. Overall, I would not recommend this location. Look for a clinic where the staff truly focuses on you, not your insurance.
