I was in the area for work and took a minute to look around afterward. They’ve got a clean, well-organized space with great home items that fit our styles. Staff was super friendly and the store has a welcoming feel. Definitely worth a visit if you’re looking to update your home or find something unique locally.

I’ve been in the store many times over the years and always like their product, energy and service. I came to the Ballard area to look at a couch at another place and didn’t see anything I like liked; we just happened into DIGS later that day. Nearly everything was sleeper sofa so I did not pay much attention until my friend came across this one that I liked but thought it was a sleeper sofa, so I didn’t pay much interest again until the store owner explained this was one of the few that was a regular couch. It is very comfortable and the process was extremely efficient and helpful. To my great enjoyment, the couch is delivered more than five weeks early and the delivery service (Stride Logistics) was exceptional! While I don’t need another couch anytime in the near future, I will definitely keep this operation in mine.

I wasn’t sure these magnetic print holders would work for thicker weavings. They let me take a floor model home to try so I could return it if it didn’t work out. They’re not perfect but they work for what I’m looking for. Their flexibility to let me try sold me on these. Thanks for your help!

Great selection of furniture, homegoods, and decorations. It's one of those stores where you start to wander and want to buy everything, but you can't afford it (and your apartment is too small). The owners are nice and helpful too. They tend to be passive, meaning they won't approach you, but they're good when engaged. I bought a couch here and I've been very happy with it. It's a fantastic store to have in the neighborhood!
