Worst experience filing our 2025 tax return. First, our 1040 draft's tax refund was changed twice. After explaining to the tax accountant to apply the 'Backdoor IRA' they had to check with colleagues what it was and finally our tax refund was changed a third time - larger amount. Although I can say that the tax accountant was friendly and responsive. Maybe I should've done the tax prep ourselves. Second, they provided the wrong bank account number to the IRS. The IRS website said 'Refund Sent' but no money was deposited after a week. Called the accountant and went over the bank account number and they had two additional digits smack in the middle. I know I copied and pasted directly off our online bank. Looks like they manually typed it in. SMH Lastly, I later found out that Dimov is a company whose tax accountants are spread all over the US (and probably abroad?). Even the accountant's assistant and customer support are in different states. I thought they were all local. WE WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN!

We hired Dimov to handle a partnership tax return for our Austin-based e-commerce business. The file had some real complexity to it and the team handled every piece with care. Deepak, Aliya, and Hurliman were all wonderful to work with — responsive, detail-oriented, and genuinely invested in getting the return filed right. Everything was accepted on time, even during the peak of tax season. We are already planning to bring our personal returns and next year's filing back to this team. This team is very professional, responsive, and are proficient at handling RSUs, multi-state, prior year amendments, crypto, etc. I've had a great experience working with them on multiple returns and would highly recommend them!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR YOUR TAXES! We have just received our 2nd letter from the IRS due to them forgetting to submit an important piece of paperwork. And what’s worse they had the audacity to blame us for the issue, despite it clearly being their fault for never submitting the document. We contacted them when we got the letter, but their response was grossly unprofessional. A woman at the company literally told us “It’s like I’m doing work for free” when my husband called them to see if they could fix their mistake. EXCUSE me, we paid you thousands of dollars to do our taxes, this is your due diligence! When you hire an accountant to help file your taxes, there’s an assumption that they will be organized and aware of the intricacies of tax codes across states and cities, but that was not our experience at all. There were multiple mistakes that my husband caught himself, one that would have resulted in us paying around $16,000 more for our taxes. But the final straw has been their unwillingness to acknowledge that they made a mistake and their unwillingness to quickly resolve the issue. Their so called collaborative tax service meant that there were 4-6 (maybe more?) people working on our taxes at once, and because of this, when someone quit our return was not finished properly. Not one of the other people noticed the mistake and now we have to resolve it directly with the IRS because this company is just that bad. They also told us to take down the review because it hurts their business. Sorry, your actions hurt your business, and this review reflects that.

I’ve had a great experience working with them. They’ve been efficient, responsive, and have my best interests in mind. I definitely recommend their services.
