My cousin I received the most exceptional experience today with the entire Dior team, however the staff at the Dior Cafe ‘s service was equally as enchanting as the beautiful ambiance. Everyone was so welcoming and happy to see us! The Cafe Dior Miami frappé and the Pistachio Croissant were delicious staples that I will order whenever I visit! And I will surely come back soon to visit my new favorite Miami cafe! I cannot wait to revisit!

Honestly, my fiancé and I went because we were in Miami for Christmas and the Dior Café was all over TikTok. We arrived a few minutes before opening and there was a small line. Staff greeted us, had us enter through the Dior store, then directed us to the elevator up to the café. Once upstairs, we were welcomed by friendly staff and seated right away. Our drinks were good, but the truffle ravioli was just okay. That said, the experience was still wonderful because the service was great and the atmosphere was absolutely stunning. The manager even offered to take a photo of me and my fiancé, which was such a sweet touch. All in all, it’s a cute place to visit, especially for the ambiance and photos

We had a wonderful time at Dior Café. The staff was genuinely warm and welcoming, and the atmosphere felt relaxed and elegant. We were able to take photos of our dogs without feeling rushed or out of place, which made the experience even more enjoyable. Beautiful space and great service.

The service was exceptional, matching the prestige of the brand perfectly. ​The food was truly exceptional; the ravioli, parfait, and the Dior Bee dessert were standouts that tasted as beautiful as they looked. I highly recommend anyone in Miami stop by for this sophisticated, intimate escape. Louis, Greta and Juan were exceptional! A brand that represents class and service beyond luxury goods. His recommendations were perfect, and his warm energy added so much to the overall experience. If you’re stopping by, I highly recommend asking for Louis—he made my visit unforgettable.
