Happy to have found Direct Installation and Repairs. Ben was extremely responsive and able to get my job scheduled quickly. He showed up on time and worked efficiently. He cleaned up when he was done and was very friendly. I had a ceiling fan and several exterior light fixtures replaced. Very pleased with the work. Ben knows what he’s doing so if your job needs something that you didn’t purchase he likely has it in his van. The ease of the online booking is a major plus. I will definitely be using Ben for future projects and recommending his services.

Working with Direct Installation was a breeze! The business is set up very tech friendly and all invoicing/payments were able to be performed electronically. Ben and his team did a tear down/rebuild for a second floor balcony, rebuild of a side door overhang, general outdoor scraping/painting, and miscellaneous repair/electrical. They can simply do it all! Ben is quick to respond and pricing is very reasonable. Already planning my next projects!
