Second time I've been here at 7am, their listed open time, and they're not open.... Decent wash, but the quality has definitely declined. I'll probably be looking for a new membership elsewhere.

I got a membership as a stop gap until another wash opens near me next month. There are a couple reasons I have to rate this so low. First, I've gone there about 8 times for a wash over the last couple weeks. Half the time I went, the wash was not available. I even had once that they shut it down as I was at the wash entrance already in the wheel tracks. Sat there waiting for a while before they turned it back on. They never said anything to me as I'm just sitting there not knowing what's going on. Their plate reader isn't currently working so no automatic entry. That's not a big deal as someone is standing there to scan you in mostly. The biggest problem is the wash quality. At first I thought it was just a fluke but it just got worse over time. My guess is the rinse part of the wash isn't up to snuff but it could be the products they are using. It leaves a bad residue of something on my car. It gets worse every time. The main areas that I notice are windshield, doors and especially the the trunk lid and rear bumper. I've included pictures. This is 100% from the wash. The worse looking trunk picture is actually 2 washes later then the just bad one.

My car came out more dirty after pressure wash. Never go there.

This place had its peak upon opening and just has been on a steady decline since. Being nestled in a busy corridor in the middle of Tampa, it's an ideal location for someone always on the road. Employees were courteous, mindful to giving a good pre-wash, and the vacuum stations were a great touch. Fast forward within 4 years, the place looks like it's been neglected for 10. Employees rolling up a joint behind the broken PVC fence on the side before coming over to guide you in, many components in the wash itself are no longer functional (for the first time, my tag was almost pulled off by one of the rotating brushes), and the vacuum stations are littered with garbage, falling overhead shades, broken vacuums and no cleaning towels. This does not at all call for a monthly subscription at their rates. What once was a great concept in an ideal location has turned into another future vacant carwash to plague Tampa ran by venture capitalists gobbling up franchises. AuqaSonic on 56th not too far north of here is opening soon and looks to be very, very promising.
