I am a decorated, wounded, soldier warrior of the US Airforce. My computer that I bought refurbished didn't show the hard drive as working and I didn't even know it had a second hard drive in it. A friend of mine checked the computer and saw the hard drive was in it. But it was not showing on Windows. I needed this extra storage to use my computer. I called the store and spoke with Matt first and he was excellent to work with on the phone. I explained the situation to him and that my friend was coming to the store and have them check out the computer to see why it wasn't working. They said they would be glad to fix it. I called the store again to call Matt to let him know that my friend was coming to the store to get the computer fixed. This is when Tim picked up the phone and I explained my situation. He basically fixed my computer over the phone and was excellent at what he did. I am so impressed with his service. Thank you Tim! and Thank you Matt! You have made my day!
