I am a decorated, wounded, soldier warrior of the US Airforce. My computer that I bought refurbished didn't show the hard drive as working and I didn't even know it had a second hard drive in it. A friend of mine checked the computer and saw the hard drive was in it. But it was not showing on Windows. I needed this extra storage to use my computer. I called the store and spoke with Matt first and he was excellent to work with on the phone. I explained the situation to him and that my friend was coming to the store and have them check out the computer to see why it wasn't working. They said they would be glad to fix it. I called the store again to call Matt to let him know that my friend was coming to the store to get the computer fixed. This is when Tim picked up the phone and I explained my situation. He basically fixed my computer over the phone and was excellent at what he did. I am so impressed with his service. Thank you Tim! and Thank you Matt! You have made my day! Brendon Hebert was great! I called, quickly chatted with him over the phone and got a price for adding RAM to my laptop (great price!) I jumped in the car, headed his way, he met me coming in the door and had me fixed up in no time! I LOVE Discount Electronics! We have gone to them for years. Me and my brother came into the Discount Electronics on W Palmer and were greeted with great energy and a very welcoming attitude. Mathayus helped us with an issue we were having with our PC and took the time to clearly explain what the problem was and which parts we needed. He showed genuine care and made sure we understood everything without rushing us. Mathayus is a GOAT at what he does. Overall, great service and a solid experience , definitely coming back if I need help again.
