Just got my entire side mirror assembly replaced by them. Did not take long. They have a nice and clean waiting area. They also have a working space area with wi-fi for those whose service will take a while. Will definitely come back for other services.

I appreciate that Alexander was so communicative with answering my calls and questions but also patient and affirming in his responses. As we were on the phone, he texted the important details of our call such as time of appointment and address of the shop. (This was helpful as I had been calling around to compare quotes.) I called on a Saturday evening and was able to come in the next morning. He told me there is a lifetime warranty on the crack repair and if I need to get it replaced that I will get credit towards the replacement. He even came to my car to check on the work and assure me after I brought up concerns about the aesthetics of the repair.
