Arrived to this location last week, high performance tire had 2 nails in it. Representative ordered a new tire because he didn’t like the nail locations and recommended replacement. Waited over a week, bought the vehicle in and the sales manager Adrian chose to patch the tire. The new ordered tire did not get swapped on and instead chose to repair the “borderline” nail spots. Even let them sell me on wiper replacements 🙄 Do not recommend, reps were not on the same page and chose the cheap way out. Will take my business elsewhere.

Everyone greeted me when I walked in. Jeremy did a great job helping the best tires for the best price, when I arrived he kept me updated every step of the way. Great customer service, they were really busy but still managed to get my car done in 50 minutes. Highly recommend this location.

Eduardo was attentive and helpful and personable I appreciate his promptness and also the original guy who sold me the windshield wipers good job all around and everyone is always super kind and quick

I came in before work to have my tire checked after receiving a low tire pressure alert from my car. The team quickly located a screw in the side of my tire, which unfortunately was not repairable, so a replacement was needed. They emphasized the importance of safety and strongly recommended getting it taken care of before leaving, but since I had to get to work, I scheduled an appointment to return later that afternoon. When I came back, I was advised to purchase two tires instead of just one for safety reasons. I initially declined, but since my tires were insured and originally purchased through Discount Tire, they worked with me so that I only needed to buy one new tire and cover the certificate for the second. This allowed me to leave with both new tires, which I really appreciated. Everyone I interacted with was professional, kind, and genuinely focused on customer service. The management team and staff are doing an excellent job — respectful, knowledgeable, and efficient. Highly recommend this location!

I bought 4 new tires for my son's car. They then called to tell me that they "would not install a new tire" on one of the rims due to it having a small dent on it. I asked if there was anyway to install it and I will sign a waiver. They told me no, the tire could not be installed on that rim. Only two options, either buy new rims from them or bring them a rim. I brought them a new rim and when I arrived, I found my car in the parking lot.....the tire was installed on the rim that could not have a new tire installed on it. I felt like I was lied to in the hopes that I would buy a new set of rims from Discount Tire. I uploaded a photo of the rim that "could not" have a tire installed on it.... Side note, I drove the car down 1604 to Discount Tire from the 281 area with the old tires - no issues.
