⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Exceptional Service at Discount Tire – Hillcrest (San Antonio) I had an excellent experience with the team at Discount Tire on Hillcrest in San Antonio and want to recognize Blake, Marcus, and Carlos for their outstanding service. When I first came in with a tire issue, Blake immediately stepped in to help. He was kind, patient, and very understanding, which made a stressful situation feel much more manageable. The next day, I received a call exactly at the time I was told my tires would arrive, which I really appreciated. When I arrived, Marcus was already expecting me, greeted me promptly, and took care of my car right away. Before I left, Carlos made sure everything was good to go. He checked the PSI, ensured the tires were properly installed, and even placed my spare tire back into the trunk since I replaced both rear tires. This situation caused me quite a bit of anxiety, as I don’t often deal with car-related issues and wasn’t sure where to go. Discount Tire was easily accessible, responsive, and incredibly supportive from start to finish. Knowing I can rely on them when my tire pressure is low or when I need help brings real peace of mind. Thank you for taking such great care of my car and for the exceptional customer service. Kudos to the entire team at the San Antonio Hillcrest location!

Came here on a somewhat busy day and was in and out in less than an hour EXTREMELY KNOWLEDGEABLE Workers here and all have great attitudes and WILLING TO HELP to save you Cash! I thought I was going to need a new tire but turned out all i needed was a patch so it was FREE! Great customer service all across the board all the workers were in and out with their clients while I was there and everyone looked extremely happy with their waits and results I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND! And I'll definitely be back if I have tire needs!

My thoughts on Discount Tire have not changed. Most locations will try to sell you tires instead of fixing one that is flat. The scare tactics of telling a customer that their tires are completely unsafe or trying to sell tire pressure sensors to unsuspecting elderly has not changed. When some of their employees actually care, is greatly appreciated. I will give kudos to Giovani and Carlos for showing that effort. I had a flat tire and walked in. Unfortunately did not get the name of the gentleman that helped me at first. Understanding that there would be a long wait time I left the tire for repair. I was unable to pick it up same day. I picked up my tire the next morning and Giovani offered to install the tire. He was able to pull Carlos and installed it right away. This shows the willingness to help out a customer. This is the service that I have always expected and appreciate from Discount Tire. Unfortunately that has gone by the wayside. So thank you Giovani and Carlos for restoring some faith in Discount Tire.

Hillcrest and Bandera Discount Tire was fast and reliable. Anthony was awesome. Greeted us right away and took the time to listen to our concerns. One which was my tire sensor light on dash was on and a bent rim that I had. He recommended new tires as well that we were aware of. We got the rim taken care of and got brand new tires on our little vehicle. Our little vehicle drives great and most of all tire sensor light on dash is gone as well. Thanks again Anthony for all your help. We will definitely be coming back to do more business in the future.
