Discount Tire has been my choice when I need tires for my personal and commercial vehicles for a while. With awesome customer service and their insurance coverage on the tires are clutch for sure! The reason why I choose them and particular this location is because of Brandon! His professionalism, knowledge and love for what he does, shows. It puts me at ease knowing it will be done correct the first time with no hidden fees or agenda. Thanks Brandon for what you do! Highly recommended!!

This isn't the Discount Tire I knew and loved many years ago, and I'm frustrated to have to write this review, but I'm not the only one here like this. Like others right now, I'm sitting in the waiting room, more than an hour past my appointment time, and my car still hasn't entered a bay. Several things: 1. After my schedule completion time was missed an hour after arriving (and I arrived 10 min early), I was told there was a vehicle with rusted lug nuts that had to be drilled in front of me and it took them a long time. Fine, that happens, but a customer's car that needs additional service just to get to the wheels should be put to the side and worked on between standard customers and not push all other customers back. 2. This location advertises alignment service, confirmed with a phone call prior to my appointment, but when I arrived I was told that of course (?) they don't do alignments on German cars. Would've been nice to know before I selected this location 40 min away as opposed to other locations 10 min away from home, especially as my car is in their system. 3. I tried to order tires through Discount Tire's website earlier in the week, but was informed they wouldn't be delivered until next week. I tried with the exact same tires on TireRack (which Discount Tire owns), and they arrived the next day. Systems integration needs a lot of work. 4. A customer service rep walks over saying he wants to tell me where I stand and explain the wait, but ends up saying the bay is taking people who have only been here a few minutes over me and others who have been here more than an hour, doesn't know why, and has no idea when I'll get into a bay, so... nothing useful. If i wanted this kind of service, I'd have stuck with Costco's similarly abysmal Tire Center service. This reminds me of the Seinfeld episode where Jerry arrives at the airport car rental counter and they don't have a car for him: "You know how to TAKE a reservation, you just don't know how to KEEP a reservation." This has poor management written all over it. No one is up front and there are like 7 people in line...

Outstanding Service! Tyel is a Customer-for-Life Maker! After having a truly terrible experience recently with another major tire competitor (Pep Boys), I decided to return to Discount Tire, a company I trust after they handled my wife’s tires previously. The difference was night and day, and the team at the Midlothian, VA location next to Costco completely redeemed my faith in tire service. Specifically, the gentleman who helped me, Tyel, was absolutely outstanding. Tyel provided genuinely excellent, attentive service that made my day and created a customer for life. He was professional, efficient, and clearly knowledgeable. It's rare to receive this level of care, and I highly recommend asking for him if you visit this location. If you are looking for new tires and exceptional customer service, this is the place to go. Thank you, Tyel and Discount Tire!

Absolutely phenomenal! I went in for a nail in my tire but noticed the tread was low on one of my tires so I got two tires for my 20-in wheels for almost $700. But the quality was amazing. The service was wonderful. They had me in and out in about 20 minutes. Not to mention I arrived past closing time and they still squeezed me in. The staff was incredibly friendly and nobody minded my toddler running around like she owned the place. I usually go to the dealership for everything but this place is now my go-to for tires. I would also like to know had my tire been 2 inches smaller than 20 in that their price ranges were about $90 per tire up to $200 per tire. So it was strictly because I had such large tires and they only had the one type of tire in stock that I needed ASAP that the price was so high. My husband had three tires replaced with them for around $200 for his sedan.

Had my tires rotated and balanced at Discount Tire today, and I have to say—these guys are awesome. The equipment is top-notch, the work is spot-on, and they move with real hustle. On top of that, everyone’s friendly and professional, which makes a huge difference. And free rotation and balance is also a great service. It’s nice to see a team that clearly takes pride in what they do. After several cars and trucks with many sets of tires, I’ll always come back to see them!
