5 stars cause of Scuba Steve he was amazing , he was informative and helped me out with my tags not being able to be captured, he was very friendly and super nice , he knows customer service and it shows!!!!! Shouts out to Scuba Steve!!!!!!!!!!!!!keep up the great work Scuba!!!! a note for Go CarWash is I go to the one on Hull St Rd and never have the tag reader issue it’s only at your Midlothian location if we can update system to the one like on hull st it would make my time sitting at lane quicker.

I have one of the monthly car wash membership. Today when i arrived to get my car washed it didn’t read my license plate. Scuba Steve came right over to see what the problem was. When i tell you Scuba went above & beyond to make sure I was taken care of. Even after I finished getting my car washed & i was vacuuming my car he came right over to make sure I was fine after i keep having the same issue every time I come to get a wash. For him to still be a little new to the store, you would think he’s been there for years. The number one thing I noticed is he’s very polite & was very apologetic for the issue i was having. I even asked him could he check their computer to make sure the issue was fixed & he got right on it without hesitation. Whoever the owner his I hope Scuba is getting the highest pay & all the incentives the company offers because he deserves it plus more. I was very impressed for him to be the same age as my daughter, his mannerisms & respect was top tier!! Thank Scuba for all your help. I can’t wait to see you at the top!! Good luck with all your future achievements, you will be GREAT!!

Go wash on Midlothian Fernando provides top tier service and is a good dude! Go wash is lucky to have him and I’m happy that he also works at the Hull st Manchester location! Keep up the good work and I’ll keep that membership!
