I visited my local discount tire today just to get air in my tires. I have always liked Discount tire and….absolutely nothing has changed. I still enjoy the crap out of it. Had the pleasure of working with Alan and he has only been working here for a month and a half. Whoever hired this guy seems to have found a great one. Asked for help on my streaky window and he had a great solution that I did not even have to get out of the car for. New wipers installed, cheaper than I could have got at a store and I am a happy camper. Alan had a great demeanor about him and I will work with him any day of the week. Peace, Return client

This location was incredible. My gf had come in the day before, unfortunately the tire had to be ordered (it was replaced under warranty) and wouldn't be in until the following day. They got the tire in around 3:40 the next day. I went and picked up her car since she had to work. I got to DT at 4:33 and they close at 5pm They got the car 5 minutes later and were finished with her car at 5:15. Awesome work guys!

Usually the bee cave store is excellent but the last two times their service has been poor . Appt made and they didn’t have my tire after it was ordered, then they didn’t change out the damaged tire, they left my hood open because the key fob wasn’t registering and they said they had to jump the car. My total visit was 1.45 hours. They don’t put your tire locks back because everyone is too worried about rushing and getting to lunch. I Told Austin and he really was very indifferent about the whole situation as he was leaving for vacation. No one ever followed up to call me about my tire and when I finally called 4 days later I was instructed to come back in for the original work and assured I’d be there 15 min max. I was there 45 . Again tire locks just rolling around in the vehicle. Come on let’s work on this.

This is hands down the best Discount Tire in the area. The team here is fantastic—shoutout to Miguel and Fred for always keeping it 100% and being super helpful. Another perk: they’ll fill your tires for free (unlike gas stations that charge $5 for a few minutes of air). Pro tip: The best time to come is midweek (Tuesday–Thursday) in the afternoon. If you just need air, you don’t even have to wait in line—just pull up to the side of the building. 10/10 Tires 🛞

I have nothing negative to say about the customer service experience. While I’ve always relied on Tesla for tire replacements in the past, I won’t be doing that again. Let’s think this through—Tesla doesn’t manufacture tires. The tires that come with the car are from third-party brands. And let’s be honest, this is America—where consumers have choices. Choosing Discount Tire was absolutely the right one. From start to finish, the experience was seamless. I scheduled my appointment online and selected a time that worked for me—8:00 AM. I arrived a bit early, around 7:50 AM, and the store was already open and fully staffed. I was greeted by a team member named Cody, who was exceptional. He checked me in right away, and my car was taken in immediately. By 8:02 AM, the rear tires had been replaced and my car was ready to go. What impressed me even more was their technology. They used a tire scanning device that clearly showed the condition of each tire (see attached photos). Based on the readings, I decided to replace the front two tires as well. I scheduled a follow-up appointment for the next day. This part is important—while I had ordered the rear tires online, I purchased the front two in person. Cody went above and beyond by applying an $80 discount for purchasing a full set of four tires, even though the transactions were separate. While I can’t guarantee everyone will have the same experience, I highly recommend Discount Tire—especially for Tesla owners. Here’s what I did: I got a quote from the Tesla app and used the tire specifications to verify that Discount Tire was offering the exact same brand and model. They were. Not only was the labor cost significantly lower, but they also used the proper Tesla lift pads when working on the car—a common concern for Tesla drivers.
