Anh from Nova Body Shop was extremely helpful throughout the whole process of getting my car repaired! They got an estimate for me within 10 minutes as a walk-in and were so quick with ordering the piece that was required for my car. They were honest and their pricing was significantly better compared to other quotes that I received at other shops. Their overall quality of work and communication was 10/10! I’m always going to come here for any future car body repairs and would recommend this place to anyone in search of a shop.

I highly recommend Nova Body Shop to anyone looking for excellent work and a positive experience. I’ve taken my Land Rover Discovery here twice, and both times I’ve been impressed with the quality of work, clear communication, and fair pricing. Even though my car is a luxury vehicle, Nova’s prices were noticeably cheaper than anywhere else I received a quote from in Austin, while delivering the same (if not better) level of quality.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had an absolutely wonderful experience with this car repair company. From the very first phone call, they were incredibly kind, patient, and generous with their time. They walked me through the entire process in a way that was clear and reassuring, which made everything so much easier. Their service was quick, efficient, and professional from start to finish. They kept me updated, communicated every step, and made sure I understood what was happening with my vehicle. It’s rare to find a company that combines great customer service with quality work, but they truly delivered on both. Overall, a top-notch experience. I’m grateful for their help and will definitely be returning in the future. Highly recommend!

Nova Body Shop deserves 6 stars! I brought my Mercedes here because my trusted mechanic of six years told me to. And I am so glad I did. Mr Anh is second generation owner of this establishment which I learned has been in business for 40+ years. My insurance adjuster gave thumbs up when he learned my car was at Nova. Mr Anh and team were very professional very thorough and most importantly very honest and transparent in the pricing. My Mercedes looked brand new when I picked it up with a wash and detailing thrown in for free. The fender and bumpers were replaced and painted/blended so that the car looks and feels brand new. Electrical and mechanical repairs were also done very well. Great communication throughout the two week process. Highly recommend!

My car was toast and Anh Phan made the repair process a 10/10 experience! He maximized my insurance claim, saved me alot of money and made my car look beautiful within just a week!!!!!! Highly recommend!
