Very positive experience. I was referred specifically to the AAMCO location on Burnet by Japanese Motorsports (my regular mechanic) to evaluate the transmission on my 2011 Land Cruiser with 300K miles. Jose and his team worked quickly to give me their assessment of my transmission and quote for a rebuild. I'm still considering how to proceed from here (rebuild the transmission or sell the vehicle), but I'm confident the Burnet AAMCO team would do a great job. Jose is a great communicator, and he runs a professional and honest business. I couldn't be happier with how my situation was handled.

Jose was prompt, professional,and polite. The best thing I thought is how accommodating they were to my schedule. Additionally whereas others may have found unnecessary problems to fix, Jose only told me what was needed. I will start bringing all of my vehicles here.

We've been dealing with faulty parts and issues with our Nissan Armada for over 2 months. We brought it to AAMCO and Jose was just phenomenal from the first phone call until pick up. He was very thorough and transparent on the entire process. We ended up going through our warranty and he made it so seamless and painless. As soon as we got the approval he had it ready within 24 hours! This was my first ever experience with AAMCO and Jose made sure ill be a return customer if we ever need help again. Thanks jose!

I’m usually nervous taking my Miata to a mechanic I don’t know, but when I spoke to Jose over the phone he was so kind and was able to get my car in that day to be looked at. My transmission was having issues so I had to get it done asap. He was upfront about all the issues and costs and my car was fixed as soon as the parts came in! It’s been over a week and she’s driving perfectly. My car is everything to me and it feels good to have fun driving it again! Thank you Jose and your team for taking care of her! 🖤🚗
