I had a great experience here getting my tires replaced. From the moment we arrived, Roco took care of us and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Roco was extremely kind, patient, and professional. I had quite a few questions about the tire options, safety, and what would work best for my car, and he took the time to explain everything clearly without rushing or pressuring me. He made sure I understood each step before moving forward, which I really appreciated. The tire replacement itself was done efficiently and carefully. You can tell the team is experienced and takes their work seriously. After everything was finished, Roco double-checked the details and made sure the car was in perfect condition before handing it back. Overall, this is a trustworthy shop with excellent customer service and attention to detail. If you’re looking for a place to change your tires and want someone who is genuinely helpful and patient, I highly recommend asking for Roco. I will definitely be coming back and recommending this shop to others.

Got a flat on the freeway. We were visiting as tourists, so we weren't in a familiar environment with a wealth of resources. Being on the verge of being stranded, strangers in a strange land, we went where we usually do, a place we normally get our tires from, Discount Tire (same company as America's Tires in CA). They did not disappoint. We had to wait a tiny bit, 45 minutes, but they had the tire we needed, got it on and installed, and saved us on the normal stranded-tourist scalper's price. This store is very clean and appears fairly new. They have a nice large, clean waiting area, cold water from the in-store drinking fountain, large bathrooms (although one of them smelled funny the men's. I don't know from personal experience, but one of the girls I was with said the lady's room smelled just fine), and what could have been a nightmarish situation costing lots of $$$ and causing us unknown, but probably significant amount of headache and lost time, was alleviated. We got the tires and were on our way pretty quickly. We tried a different retailer first because it was my wife's car and she always gets her tires from that other place because of the familiarity and free tire rotation. That retailer, a large membership-based general retailer FAILED. Not only did they not have the specific tire we needed, they didn't have our size and couldn't help us that day anyways, SO THERE! (Loud Bronx Cheer Follows) I guess pesky customer's are just too much of a hassle to help.

Me and my family members always be the customer for this location for a long time and always feel satisfied with their friendly and excellent customer service even though this location is far from my home. However, I have to change my mind today, I don’t know the name but he’s a guy with short black curly hair, the way he talk and the look on his face make me feel like I’m not respected even though I talk to him nicely. I saw the way he talked with other customer (likes the American guy but I’m Asian) he is smiling, friendly and nicely. More importantly he asking for the receipt for the last time I changed the tires which I keep in the car and I told him it inside the center console storage and try to offer him I will help him to look at it but he rummage it by himself. Okay he doesn’t make it messy or anything but is it appropriate that you look into something that might have other’s personal belongings inside? It might not be a big deal for others but for me it does since I’m a female. I think I’m done with this location and I will just go to the one near my home instead
