Just needed a tire plug and came to this location for the first time by mistake. I waited an extra hour and a half because no one told me my car was done. When someone finally noticed me, they got me my key and receipt, but didn't even point me in the direction of my car. I appreciate the tire plug and understand it was busy but customer service was lacking. I'm happy my tire is okay but I'm leaving frustrated and with my time wasted.
