I had an excellent experience with Matt at Discount Tire. After having all four tires replaced elsewhere following a tow on 1/5/26, my car began shaking and my tire pressure sensor started blinking and stayed on—issues I had never experienced before. When I returned to the original shop, they did not address the actual problem and instead attempted to point out numerous unrelated issues that would have cost thousands of dollars, which felt more like an upsell than a diagnosis. Green Valley Radiator and Air Conditioning referred me to Discount Tire, and I’m so glad they did. From the moment I arrived, Discount Tire was honest, efficient, and focused on fixing the real issue. They diagnosed the problem quickly, replaced all four tire pressure sensors, and rebalanced the tires. The result was immediate—no shaking, no warning lights, and my car now drives perfectly. What stood out most was their integrity. They listened, explained everything clearly, and fixed exactly what needed to be fixed—nothing more, nothing less. No pressure, no intimidation, just solid, professional service. If you want trustworthy technicians who actually solve the problem, Discount Tire is the place to go. I will absolutely be returning and recommending them to others.

Got new tires ,and they didn't balance them right, Had to go there three times to finely get them balanced right.aAfter speaking to the manager he checked the tires and said they weren't balanced right. Had to get a alignment done again witch they took care of but it was a lot of running around for nothing they should have done it right the first time.butbi appreciate that they paid for the alignments, which I had already paid $140 to get my tires aligned to find out that they didn't balance them right. But I will definitely think twice about going back there if they can't get things done the right way the first time. That's very dangerous. Gave them three stars because the manager was very nice and apologized and took care of the problem. Otherwise I would have given him a one-star.

I had a flat tire on my 2020 Tesla Y and had it towed to Discount Tire located at the Spectrum off of Calle Santa Cruz, Tucson, AZ. I arrived just after closing so I knew they wouldn’t get to my tire that evening. One of the store representatives received my car and ensured they would park it in the bay once they were finished with the remaining vehicles. A staff member contacted me the following day and gave me a time when they expected my vehicle to be ready. I was surprised that they were able to order my tire, mount it on my Tesla and have it ready for me to drive before the originally stated time of completion. I’m very satisfied with the service I received and recommend Discount Tire for all your tire service needs. I buy all my tires there. The professionals at Discount Tire help you choose the right tire based on the environment and your type of vehicle. Tucson Arizona is very dry and the roads are rough to drive on. Not all tires are strong enough to handle the wear and tear on tires here. The professionals at Discount Tire have never steered me wrong. I value their experience and will always buy my tires at Discount Tire.

I purchased tires from Discount Tire in February 2025, and only months later they are already extremely worn down and unsafe. The tires are so wasted that they feel like they could pop at any moment, which is very concerning considering how recently they were bought. When I brought this to the store’s attention, the employee denied my tire warranty altogether and offered only a $30 credit for the back tires, which is completely unacceptable given the condition and age of the tires. There was no effort to properly inspect the issue or stand behind the warranty that was promised at the time of purchase. This experience was frustrating and disappointing. I expected better customer service and accountability from a company like Discount Tire. I would not recommend purchasing tires here if they won’t honor their warranty when problems arise.

I'm usually very happy with service at this location; however, this time whomever worked on my tires left 3 well below pressure and 1 way above pressure. My warning light came on while driving home. They also didn't replace my valve covers, which I had all 4 but 2 were missing. Usually they take pride in their work unfortunately not this time.
