Purchased the tires online and got a military discount and $100 off for Labor Day sale. Made an appointment for the install the next day. The service advisor checked me in and looked over the car. I made sure he knew where to lift my car - he knew and made a note in the file - and they were installed about an hour later. The guys doing the work were fast and took great care not to scratch the rims. I saved $300 buying the tires here and not at the dealership. On my 2nd visit (6 months later) I took my daughter's car which had 2 tires that were leaking air. I arrived at 8am when they opened and was helped as I walked into the door. 45 mins a technician called me at the front door saying I was all set - 2 nails in the tires - no charge for the repair. I had taken the car to another shop and they were not able to find the leak. This is the place to buy tires!

During my visit, the three “Tyler’s” ran the front of the house professionally, personably, and efficiently. My online quote was processed quickly and although the tires were not in stock at the store, arrangements were made to get and install them before the end of the business day. The tire installations and wheel alignment were completed with professional care and experience. Based on the professionalism, price, and overall experience it’s no wonder this store has such a high rating. Thank you!

I made a quick stop to get my tires checked on my vehicle. Both rear tires needed to be replaced. The service for both rear tires was quick and I was completely satisfied with the service about this location. It wasn't too busy when I stopped and I was back on the road in no time. Oh yeah, my car rides a whole heck of a lot smoother now. Thanks to everyone at Discount Tire at 4300 Virginia Beach Blvd.

My appointment got me in and out in 15 minutes. I’ve now been to this location around a half dozen times. My appointment was set up in person, but they do offer a handy app. My son needed a tire rotation that's covered for free since the tires were purchased there. I assisted and took the car in. I also took advantage that they now sell wiper blades. They offer two brands of wipers depending on budget. TRICO premium wiper blades are the upgrade. They install for free. Loving their products, friendly service and speed of completion when you have an appointment. Will return and recommend.
